Exquisite dry-aged meats are prepared on the open grill and best paired with an excellent wine from our cellar, showcasing the finest local and international wines. The menu offers a large range of dishes, pleasing every diet and leaving no one hungry.

Each meal offers a different experience.

Breakfast 06:30 – 10:00 (Monday to Friday) / 07:00 – 11:00 (Saturday & Sunday)

Our Breakfast buffet is ideal to fuel your body for the day ahead. A large spread of warm and cold dishes, Swiss specialties and international treats – a breakfast for everyone.

Lunch 12:00 – 14:00 (Monday to Friday)

The Business Lunch at Le Modern is not just a highlight for local businesspeople, but for everyone looking for an elegant, diverse and delicious lunch.

Dinner 18:30 – 21:30 (Monday to Sunday)

For Dinner service we dim the lights and light on the grill. Our fines wines and meats are presented behind thick glass and can be chosen by our guests directly at the fridge. From romantic candlelight dinners to business meals or family celebrations – this is the right spot for any occasion.
