At the Modern Times Hotel, we offer 7 different conference rooms for up to 140 Guests. We create inspiring spaces where creativity meets productivity! Our tall rooms provide a lot of natural daylight and direct garden access. The rooms are modulable and can be used for any type of event.

Hauteville 1 & 2
The two largest event spaces of the hotel. They can be rented individually or combined as large space for big events with us to 140 seats. One of the two rooms faces the garden and has it’s own outdoor terrace, ideal for coffee breaks outdoor activities during the event.
Pléiades 1 & 2
Two regular sized meeting rooms right at the entrance. They can be used separate or combined for larger groups. These rooms are ideal for meetings, presentations and smaller conferences.
Milavy 1 & 2
The Milavy meeting rooms both face the mediterranean garden and have direct access to the outdoors. These bright and calm rooms are the perfect place for intense meetings that require a calming view.
Salon VIP
Situated in the Restaurant, the elegant Salon VIP is a separate dining room with its own outdoor terrace. It fits up to 24 guests for a private meal experience or celebration.
